This includes 1-2 prenatal visits, a birth plan workshop, my support at your birth as soon as you feel you need it, access to all of my resources and equipment, maternity photos, placenta encapsulation, and a postpartum visit.

Placenta Encapsulation
We pick up your placenta from the hospital. Then we steam, dehydrate and blend it into capsules that assist with your postpartum journey. This includes a cord keepsake and placenta art print. We offer shipping all over the US at additional cost.

Postpartum Doula
I come to you to assist with light cleaning, meal prep, night shift with baby, help with older siblings, etc. My goal is to make your postpartum experience as stress free as possible.
